Use Kubectl command instead of kustomize (#331)
Since 1.14, Kubectl also supports the management of Kubernetes objects using a kustomization file. cf. https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/manage-kubernetes-objects/kustomization/#bases-and-overlays
