abregman cf69197a44 The end of one long README 
Apparently we've reached the limit of GitHub rendering (512K).
Time to change the structure accordingly - exercises and questions
will move to sub-directories in the exercises directory.

This is the first patch in performing this transition.

abregman e54648d47f Modify the structure of README.md 
Instead of having exercises in their own separate section,
they are now part of the main topics sections.

This should make the learning process easier to follow
where users have both exercises and questions in the same
place.

In addition, added a couple of new questions & exercises
and modified existing scripts accordingly.

Changed the order of some Kubernetes questions so the order
will make more sense and the learning will be more gradual.

Also fixed the questions count and removed a duplicated question.

abregman f04e79b7e6 Remove levels from subjects 
There is no need to distinguish between beginner and advanced questions
as they gradually harder and it's not always conclusive what their level
as it very much depends on your own personal knowledge
